Appointments may be booked online up to 24 hours prior to appointment time. Appointments within 24 hours must be made by phone (413-654-8161) pending availability. All appointments are pending until you receive confirmation that your appointment has been accepted. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled time so that your session can begin on time. Unfortunately, due to my schedule, I am unable to extend session times for late arrivals. If you are booking your first appointment, please be sure to visit HERE to fill out your intake forms prior to your visit and save time when you arrive.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel your appointment, please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice. This business is my livelihood and when clients do not cancel with enough notice or do not show up for appointments, I lose the ability to make up that income for my family. I do understand that emergencies happen, so I ask that you reach out to me at 413-654-8161 as soon as you can to let me know.
